I have been a web hosting customer for 4 years in two months, and out of that time period, HostMonster had hosted my websites for the past 2 and a half years. When I was a web hosting shopping novice, I based my selection of the web hosting company on their website appearance and number of “prestigious” awards. The reply I got was, “I have been with HostMonster for 6 months and I had one instance of a downtime problem.
